Free Trial

All plans start with a 14‑day free trial. During this period you may cancel at any time without being charged.

Subscription Refunds

If you decide to cancel within 7 days of a paid subscription renewal, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period.

To request a refund, email support@caselens.in with your account details and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
